Who we are
This website presents the work of Susanna Özbek, an abstract painter based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Her original paintings and fine art prints are represented and sold by OZART Collective. In this policy, “we” means Susanna Özbek and OZART Collective.

What we collect
Enquiries. When you send an enquiry about a work: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, and your message.
Newsletter. When you subscribe: your email address.
Visit statistics. Anonymous figures such as pages viewed, device type and approximate country, measured by our website host without identifying you.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, where you ask about buying a work or a print, to pass it to OZART Collective, which handles viewings and sales.
To send occasional news about new work and exhibitions, if you signed up. To unsubscribe at any time, write to susanna@ozartcollective.com.
To understand which works and pages visitors find interesting.
We never sell your personal data and never share it for advertising.
Where it is kept, and for how long
The site is built and hosted on Framer (Framer B.V., the Netherlands). Form submissions are stored by Framer and delivered to us by email. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to deal with them and any sale that follows, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may use strictly necessary browser storage so the site works, and to count visits anonymously. If we ever add optional cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Write to susanna@ozartcollective.com and we will respond within 30 days. These rights apply under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for visitors in the EU and UK, under the GDPR.
